Nirva Pharma Plus Shipping Policy
Most of the orders placed are shipped out the same day, provided that we have the product in stock, your account is verified and the order is placed before 6pm EST. Nirva Pharma Plus does not process and ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless otherwise specified.
We use renowned express service shipping carriers.
– Botox and Dysport are shipped in insultated containers layered with ice in order to sustain the quality of the product. They are shipped with overnight mail unless otherwise requested/arranged.
– Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Sculptra and all other products are shipped with 2 day delivery service.
Upon shipment, customers are informed of the shipping carrier and the tracking number.
Nirva Pharma Plus charges for shipping is by FedEx Express (2 – 3 days), unless you have a FedEx or any international carrier account.
Please note: Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be charged a shipping fee. Please contact our customer service for additional information.
NOTE: All products delivering to an overseas location will be shipped from Poland. A customer may be charged for duties at the time of delivery. The customer will be responsible for any duties charged for the shipment and can pay at the time of delivery.
Nirva Pharma Plus Return Policy
Nirva Pharma Plus has a simple return policy. We will gladly accept returns within 7 days after receiving the products if:
– the product is defective due to manufacturing
– the product is damaged due to handling
– the product is outside the manufacturer’s temperature guidelines
– if we shipped the wrong product
If any of the above circumstances occur, contact our customer service representatives and we will do our best to assist you and resolve any problems you may have.
If a return is requested, we ask that you hold the products according to the manufacturer temperature and handling guidelines.
